  • First, find the area marked for first-time families. There we will meet your family, register your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the Main check-in/ out area located in the brick building and show your tag, the alphanumeric numbers must match for your child to be released back to you. If you have misplaced or lost your tag, simply show your picture id with address for us to match in the system to your family.

During Service: If we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text to the number you provided. It is important that when you initially register your family that you provide the best number for the parent most likely to see the text. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and go to the area directed in your text message, either the Wake Zone or Main check in building.

  • Kids meets in the Wake Zone (the big white dome) and in the brick education building beside it.

  • Before Service: You can check-in your child in the Kids building at any available kiosk located in the Wake Zone or Main Check In/ Out Building. If this is your first time, you can visit the main check-in desk (in the brick building) and a volunteer will guide you through the process! After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the alphanumeric matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to the Main check-in/ out area located in the brick building and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text to the number you provided. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and go to the area directed in your text message, either the Wake Zone or Main check in building.

  • The safety of the children in our care is of the utmost importance to us! Our volunteers are all background checked annually and thoroughly trained, and we even have a security team specifically for protecting our kids’ buildings. The kids’ buildings are always locked, and our check-in/ out system helps us ensure that only a child’s parent or guardian can pick them up!
