Feast of Hope

Need more info about the Feast of Hope or want to sign up to help? Find both here!

As Thanksgiving approaches, we are preparing to feed those in need by hosting an event called the Feast of Hope on Thanksgiving Day! With the Feast of Hope, our mission is to help people in the Wilmington and surrounding areas to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal who would otherwise not experience one. Our goal is to feed 500 people and provide care packages for each of them. We have partnered with local agencies such as First Fruits Ministries, Good Shepard, Christian Recovery, and Safe Haven of Pender. We are still looking for cooks, baggers, and runners for the day of the event, as well as people to pack care packages, so you can sign up to help right here!

What is the purpose?

Our mission is to help feed the needy and homeless in the Wilmington, Pender and surrounding areas by being the hand and feet of Jesus Christ. Mark 10:45 NKJV says, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and give His life a ransom for many.”

What will each individual receive from the Feast of Hope?
