We are always looking for those who want to play a pivotal role in fostering the relational atmosphere of a Life Group that not only keeps members engaged in our church but also affords them the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Jesus. Life Group leaders have the high privilege of stewarding God’s most precious possessions, God’s Word, and God’s children. If you would like to explore the possibility of discipling others by leading a Life Group of your own, we would love to begin this process with you.

Life Groups are organized into huddles of four to six Life Group Leaders to be connected with one Life Groups Coach. A Huddle Coach is responsible for communicating with each of their Life Group Leaders, assisting, encouraging, and empowering them to lead their group as effectively as possible. In addition, each Coach is responsible for communicating with the Discipleship Pastor, reporting any successes, struggles, needs, and suggestions on how to make the groups more efficient.
