I. Emotion – God’s design and Satan’s distortion - God has a Divine Order
Mark 4:28 . . . For the earth yields crops by itself: FIRST the blade, THEN the head, AFTER THAT the full grain in the head.
Genesis 3:6 . . . So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was
pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and
ate.
• Emotion was created to serve truth, not shape it
- The SPIRIT received truth from God.
- The MIND translated that truth into understanding.
- The EMOTIONS gave that understanding energy and expression.
- And the BODY carries it out in the world.
This is God’s divine order and governance: Spirit → Mind → Emotion → Body.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 . . . Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit,
