THE FORMATION OF THE HEAD - FRAMEWORK
Mark 4:28 “For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.”

I. SPIRITUAL ALIGNMENT Restoring the Source of Potential
• Potential flows only when it remains connected to its source.
Genesis 1:26-27 “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’ So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.”
John 15:4-5 “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
• Alignment is not action; its agreement.
Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?
John 14:15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments.”
Philippians 2:13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.
• The Word defines what the Spirit aligns.
John 8:31-32 “Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, ‘If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Isaiah 28:17 Also I will make justice the measuring line, And righteousness the plummet; The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies, And the waters will overflow the hiding place. When righteousness becomes your plumb line, your potential can rise without collapse.
• Potential thrives in alignment and dies in isolation.
John 15:6 “If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.”
1 John 2:27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
